Director of Academics
Mrs. Kemi Akobe is the current Director of Academics with Chalcedony School. She is responsible for the overall co-curricular program at the school, including but not limited to providing resources to the high school and junior school and coordinate their activities to ensure that a well-rounded program is offered to the students/pupils.
She is also in charge of all supplemental positions including the distribution and collection of contracts and supervision of all the activities in the school. Maintain correspondence with the students/pupils, staff and parents, organize and evaluate student leadership programs and supervise the eligibility of high school students for elected office.
She coordinates high school student events including but not limited to: dances, concessions, yearbook ordering and distribution, pictures, etc.
She has over 15 years’ experience in the educational sector and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economic from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos.
