Vice Principal Academics
As vice principal (Administration), he is no stranger to effective problem-solving. His wealth of over 25 years’ experience and skills which he has gained from the education sector allows him to bring valuable perspective to Chalcedony School.
Mr. Akindele is a key member of the school’s management team and oversees all non-curriculum areas as well as enhances holistic education by driving strategic planning and ensuring efficient management of resources.
He leads a team of executive and administrative staff to achieve excellence in school administration and operational support. He is also responsible for the strategic planning and resource management, organization and administration of the school, managing the school Human resource, finance, estate, logistics and general administration matters.
Mr. Akindele’s role as the vice principal (Administration) includes not only management of students’ affairs, including strategic planning for pupil placement, scholarship matters, recruitment and placement of students as well as administration of student programs.
He is presently the vice principal (Administration) with Chalcedony School and he is equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Accounting) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
